Sunil is an LLB (Hons) Graduate from Cardiff University. He completed the Bar Professional Training Course at Cardiff Law School (Cardiff University). Sunil was called to the Bar of England and Wales by the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple in October 2013 and was subsequently Called to the Bar in Gibraltar in January 2014. Sunil also holds a Masters in Law (LLM) after specialising in Mediation in Civil Litigation which he obtained in 2015 from Cardiff University, having studied part-time. Sunil joined Attias & Levy as an Associate Barrister in November 2013 and has a busy and varied practice in the fields of civil and commercial litigation, property and private client. Sunil’s litigation practice includes insolvency, civil fraud, trust-related claims, landlord and tenant matters, debt and contractual disputes and appears (with and without counsel) in the Business Licensing Tribunal, the Housing Tribunal, Supreme Court of Gibraltar and the Court of Appeal within this context. Imogen specialises in general civil litigation. Her areas of expertise are personal injury, clinical negligence and employment law. She is also regularly instructed in family, criminal, debt recovery and landlord and tenant matters. Imogen read Theology at Durham University before completing the Graduate Diploma in Law and Bar Professional Training Course at BPP Law School. She was called to the Bar of England and Wales by the Honourable Society of Middle Temple. Imogen began her Gibraltar training contract in September 2018, in which she trained in litigation, corporate commercial and private client work, and qualified as a lawyer in Gibraltar in February 2020. Prior to working in Gibraltar, Imogen worked as a Trainee Advocate in a nationwide UK Law firm. This involved appearing on behalf of clients in various courts in the North of England.
